1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Zentro are processed within 24 hrs after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, and dispatch coordination through our fulfillment partner Roposo Clout.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for shipping.


2. Shipping Methods

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through Roposo Clout’s logistics network, which partners with multiple trusted courier services across India.

Depending on your location, your order may be delivered through:

  • Standard courier delivery

  • Regional courier partners

  • Last-mile delivery partners

The courier partner will be automatically selected based on the fastest and most reliable option available for your area.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 4-6 Business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 7-9 Business days

  • Remote areas: 10-15 Business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for orders are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:  Rs 79.00

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs 700.00

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email containing your tracking details.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier partner’s tracking page.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes during sales or holidays

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failed delivery attempts

The order may be returned to the warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Zentro only ships within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
